Deadline for all submissions - Noon 25th September

Flexible delivery to RK Graphics, Whitfield:

Any time between Monday 2nd and Friday 6th November

Mon - Thurs, 9am – 5pm

Fri, 9am – 2pm

Delivery to SQ: Saturday 7th November, 10am – 12pm.

Saturday 14th November – Saturday 19th December 2026

The deadline for collection of all unsold work - TBC

Selected Work

Shown work for sale by the artist will be subject to a 30% commission charge.
As with any work shown in a gallery, your pricing should be in line with your other selling platforms.
All sales and transactions regarding shown work will be handled by SQ Gallery.
All payments received for shown work will be received by SQ Gallery.

Delivery & Collection of Work:

The artist is solely responsible for delivering and collecting their work.
Work can be delivered via courier, with prior agreement from the Gallery.
The Gallery is unable to arrange the return of any work via courier/delivery services at this time.

The Small Print (please read carefully):

TAFKAP is manned by SQ Gallery.

There is no submission or hanging fee.

We market and promote the event through social media and a local council platform, as well as posters and flyers in local outlets.

We will tag you in posts and hope you will do your bit to also promote the event.

Artists are responsible for insurance against all risks, and fully indemnify SQ Gallery against all actions, claims, demands with regards personal injury or property damage, and all property and financial loss as a result of any action or omission by the artist(s).

SQ will not be held liable for any damage, loss or theft of artwork or personal items of the artist(s) or any third party during the period of The Art Formally Known as Print.

Any artworks that are shown with SQ Gallery, remain the sole responsibility of the artist or lender. All rights of subrogation are to be waived against SQ Gallery by showing parties.

Insurance:

Artist(s) are responsible for insurance against all risks, and fully indemnify SQ Gallery against all actions, claims, demands with regards personal injury or property damage, and all property and financial loss as a result of any action or omission by the artist(s).
